The material has a small amount of stretch in it, and inteded to be worn tight against the skin with a base-layer beneath.

Measurements are all in centimetres with the jacket laid flat.
Chest width is measured arm-pit to arm-pit across.
Sleeve length is measured from arm-pit to cuff (end of sleeve)
