Refund & Return Policy

These policies pertain to Australian purchases only.

Unopened or defective merchandise may be returned to Identity Cycle within 365 days of original purchase date. Identity Cycle requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check. All items purchased in Group buys will be separated from group price if broken up

Online returns

All parts, components, accessories and clothing are available to be returned for store credit or exchange if item was ordered incorrectly within 365 days of the original purchase date on invoice.

Online returns are conditional that the products are in their original packaging and not opened, with all tags and original receipt of purchase.

Identity Cycle accepts your cheque by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or, if a paper cheque is accepted and the cheque is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Commonwealth law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs and applicable state taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail

To return any Identity Cycle Online purchase by mail:

 Please email us and advise the problem including the reasons you are returning goods and whether you want an online store credit or an exchange we will issue a Return Number..

We will contact you with a return authorisation along with any special instructions.

Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include a copy of the return authorisation. All returns must be sent prepaid and by registered post - we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective please make sure all clothing sizes are picked according to each brand sizing or ask us to measure garment to make sure before purchase as this is the most common problem in picking clothing.
